That was the thread running through nearly every conversation Dr. Frank Wienen and Dr. Benedikt Ball had at CPHI Milan this week. They met API and finished-product manufacturers, CDMOs and vaccine producers from India, China, Korea and Taiwan, all looking at Europe and asking what it takes in practice: EU import, Qualified Person certification and inspection readiness.
