To strengthen our Commercial Development Team, we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist.
Purpose of the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are at the front line of commercial growth. You are often the first voice of PharmaKorell that prospects hear. This role exists to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert interest into value.
By proactively engaging both existing and potential customers using a variety of channels and working closely within your colleagues in the Commercial Development Team you help build a solid sales pipeline, drive client conversions and nurture long-term commercial relationships.

- You build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and tailor proposals that fit client contexts.
- You maintain your pipeline rigorously in CRM, follow up consistently, and collaborate closely with Marketing to align offers with demand.
- You are results-oriented and own your own target—knowing that every call, proposal, and update contributes to bigger commercial goals.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- You proactively manage and grow a portfolio of clients and prospects through pursuit marketing and outbound marketing techniques, e.g. trade shows.
- You support the Commercial Development Team with lead handovers and qualification insights.
- You create and adjust offers in line with client needs and PharmaKorell’s offerings.
- You perform key, cross- and upselling activities within the existing customer base.
- You ensure CRM data is consistently updated and used as a central coordination tool.
- You contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma, degree or professional training in business administration and/or sales
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or commercial support (preferably in a B2B or international environment)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting would be an advantage
- Knowledge of sales techniques, pipeline development, and CRM
- Affinity with structured prospecting and solution selling
- Communicative and target-oriented
- High level of integrity and customer focus
- Language skills: English (B2), German (B2)
